1. Definitions
- "CompanyTrack" means the website and any applications, software, or services we make available through it, including on mobile devices.
- "Services" means the online services we provide on CompanyTrack for information about companies, directors, shareholders, and related business intelligence data.
- "Terms" means these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any amendments or additional terms and policies we introduce from time to time.

5. Acceptable Use

By storing content on CompanyTrack, you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content to you as part of providing the Services.
You are solely responsible for any content you create or store on CompanyTrack. You must not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to remove any user content that, in our opinion, does not comply with these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property

If you use CompanyTrack for private, non-commercial purposes, we have no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. If CompanyTrack damages your device or digital content due to our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you, provided you have followed any advice we have given regarding updates and meet minimum system requirements.
